As steam rises, the bimetallic strip heats up and bends downwards. This mechanical action pushes the red latch down, breaking the electrical circuit and turning the kettle OFF.
當水沸騰產生蒸汽時，雙金屬片受熱並向下彎曲。這個機械動作會壓下紅色卡榫，切斷電路並自動關閉熱水煲。
